Arewa Peoples Forum USA (“Arewa USA”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2014 by the Arewa diaspora who reside in the United States.
We invest in girls’ education in Northern Nigeria by partnering with local organizations to identify high-performing female students admitted to either the College of Education or College of Nursing and who cannot enroll because of financial hardship.
We work very closely with a trusted team of local coordinators who enable us to execute our funding process.
The U.S. Government has recognized the organization as tax-exempt 501(c)(3) since 2015. Arewa USA is also registered as a non-profit organization with The Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission since 2015.
